Fairy-tale Princess Dress! This gorgeous silk drop-waist, strapless gown was custom-made by Melissa Sweet, but sadly never worn. She has been lovingly tucked away after being professionally packed and stored (thus the wrinkles in the picture -- she has been folded in acid-free tissue for a long time!), and now really wants to have her day in the sun. The 100% silk Duchesse Satin gown features an extended cathedral train, with beautiful platinum embroidery and Swarovski crystal beadwork all around the train and bodice. This is a dress for a bride that wants to make a statement, and isn't afraid to shine! The seams on the bodice carve out your waist like you wouldn't believe, so you get to show off your figure in the front while still having a ball gown in the back. She has never been altered, and seems to fit closer to an 8 than a 6 - the bust probably fits up to a 36 C. This is truly a one-of-a-kind dress, you don't see craftsmanship like this anymore - I hope she will make some bride very happy.
