I am selling my never-used Allure Bridals Romance Collection dress (style 2607). I bought it fall 2013 from Posh Bridal, which is a couture bridal shop in Wayzata, MN. I received it winter 2013 but I fell in love with a different dress at the last moment before my spring 2014 wedding, so I never actually wore this dress. It retailed at $1447 and I spent about $400 to alter it. Given that alterations are complete and it's never been used, $999 is a great price at almost 50% off.
This dress is a beautiful, soft, romantic tulle ballgown with a ruched bodice, a strapless sweetheart neckline, a natural waist, lace-up back, a train and a built-in rhinestone/floral belt. The color is (a lighter) ivory and it's made of organza and English net. The belt detail is one of my favorite features of this dress because it eliminates the need to buy an additional (oftentimes expensive!) belt to add to it. I was planning to pair this dress with a light ivory cathedral length veil and a chunkier rhinestone necklace (as shown in the photos).
The official dress size is 8. For reference, I am about 5'5" and about 125lbs. I typically wear a size 2/4 normal clothing size.
