Other Private Collection 18850 Festival unclassified dresses

I bought this beautiful dress when I first got engaged a year ago, I gained a little weight and the dress just doesn't fit right. I got it from a boutique as a floor sample, it has never been worn in a wedding and still has the tags attached. One or two beads in the waist detail is loose and could use a trip to a tailor to snug them up, and there is a little dust on the train. Pictures are included of the beading, and both could be easily fixed.
