I purchased this dress from A and Be in Minneapolis. It's brand new. I haven't taken it out of the garment bag since I picked it up. It's stunning and so unique. Sexy, off the shoulder, fit and flare gown in Chantilly and Heritage Lace on illusion tulle, with a Silk Georgette skirt and gorgeous lace details on the back.
